Screenplays

I have written five screenplays to date. Four are outright originals, one is a nominal adaptation – though in reality more a complete re-invention (or re-imagining) of a famous French novel.

With the exception of Silver is the Mirror, which is a more conventional thriller/genre piece, the rest fit my cinematic emblem: low in budget, high in ambition, all in some way concerned with British phenomena, landscapes and subject matter, and more concerned with exploring the immersive, experiential possibilities of the medium than simply apeing theatre and literature.
